THE R.O.P.E. FOUNDATION

THE ROPE FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit private foundation create for the purpose of granting money to charitable causes in the environmental and animal preservation areas of earth, land and ocean.

Specific areas of focus and interest include soul repair and organic farming, endangered animal conservation efforts, carbon capture.

ROPE Industries Corporation is in the process of gifting 1,000,000 shares of common stock to The ROPE Foundation with the intention of allowing TRF to raise money to be charitably donated towards the devastating fire that annihalated and destroyed Lahaina on the Island of Maui.

The ROPE Foundation is based in UpCountry Kula, Maui and was threatened with the fire that occured there.
